These terms and conditions apply to all sales concluded on the website www.delondas.com by the company DE LONDAS.
Products
Each De Londas creation is a unique piece or an ultra-limited edition, made entirely by hand by our artisans from precious materials or carefully selected pieces.
Each item is the result of exceptional craftsmanship and reflects the unique aesthetic of Maison De Londas.
No affiliation exists with the brands cited or used as references.
Non-affiliation clause and trademark use
The creations offered by De Londas are made from original pieces legally acquired on the secondary market, or from materials selected for their quality and uniqueness.
Each piece is transformed, personalized or repurposed by hand, making it an original and unique work of art.
De Londas is neither affiliated with, nor sponsored by, nor endorsed by the original brands of the products used.
All trademarks mentioned or referenced remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their use, if any, is strictly intended to describe the origin of the raw materials or products, in accordance with applicable law, and should not be interpreted as a partnership or commercial association.
Any modifications made to the original products are carried out independently and under the sole responsibility of De Londas. The original brands are not responsible for these modifications or their aesthetic or functional outcome.
Order & payment
Payment is made exclusively online in a secure manner.
The order is validated once the payment is confirmed.
Price
Prices are displayed in euros including VAT.
VAT not applicable (art. 293 B of the CGI – basic exemption).
Delivery
Delivery
As each piece is handmade by our artisans, the average production time is a minimum of 6 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
Once the creation is complete, delivery is made within 3 to 5 working days in France and within 5 to 10 working days internationally (delivery times vary depending on the destination).
